Children Learning

We all know that’s children love to play and have fun! It’s the way kids learn. It all starts when they are really tiny as babies, even if it doesn’t look like anything to us, they are exploring their new world. There’s so much to learn and they absorb it all like a sponge. 

Children Learning through Play 

I have taken great pleasure in watching my grandson  over the past year explore his new world, everything is so fascinating! It has to be touched, tasted, shaken, rattled, listened to. A world full of wonders. It’s learning through play. They watch, they copy.  They play with the most mundane things even a crumb of the floor. Its really fascinating for us adults too to just stand back and watch, it never ceases to amaze me what they pick up from us and copy in their play.

Oli’s Fun House

My grandson has watched me work at the computer, fascinated by  the colours and the flickering screen. He’s now at an age where he wants to climb up on my lap and copy what I do. His curiosity and his eagerness to learn has inspired me to create his own flash website, a Fun House where I can be in control of what he sees,  what he learns and where he can have some FUN!
