Indian summer in Essex
Is this an Indian summer? The past few days have been really glorious in this corner of Essex on the Sunshine coast. A cool morning start with temperatures reaching around 20+ C. and temperatures dropping by late evening to a mere 15C. Good enough for an evening constitutional stroll. Already the days are getting shorter as we roll into autumn and into winter.

We are only just into September and the daily temperature has been higher than on some summer days that we have had, and the forecast for the next few days is pretty good aswell, no rain till Tuesday. Blue cloudless sky, with a gentle breeze, the best weather for a lazy day in the garden and some rest and relation, oh! and not forgetting my digital camera by my side to capture a few special shots of those wonderful butterflies we keep seeing flitting by. Being practical, a great day also when it comes to getting the washing dry.
