Birthday Meringue

I share this delicious birthday meringue with anyone who would like a slice. It’s filled with strawberries, creme fraiche, blackberries, crushed raspberries, blueberries and sprinkled with toasted almond flakes.  A wonderful surprise and most unexpected during the Ycademy Seminar dinner break.
